Basic Principles of Paediatric Fracture Management for Operating Room Course
Operating Room Personnel (ORP) are valuable members of the trauma team treating fractures in the operating theatres. It is essential therefore, to address the inadequacy of education for ORP in the country. This course provides fundamental knowledge in the operative treatment of fractures according to the AO Principles of fracture management. The course is in the form of didactic presentations, group discussions between participants and faculty and practical sessions. Two (2) ORP courses have been organized in Cape Coast and Tamale. The National Course Chair is Ms. Stella Minta of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. Enquiries about the course can be directed to her through firstname.lastname@example.org or 0244765412
