How to Apply for Residency

How to Apply in 2 Steps

We have simplified our process to make it easier for you to apply to become a Resident of GCPS. Unless otherwise communicated, all Residency applications are done online.

STEP 2 - PAY APPLICATION FEES

Click here to make payment for your application fees using your Visa, Mastercard or Mobile money.

You can also make Direct Deposit to any Ecobank Branch in Ghana or West Africa.

The College can only process your application upon receipt of the proof of payment. The College is not liable for payments transferred into the wrong account or those which may not, due to bank error, reflect in the College bank account.

From Application to Admission

Start Online Submission

To start your application, Go to ORAMS, the Resident portal, and Register to create an account for yourself. Use your new created login details to login into ORAMS anytime you visit the Resident portal.

Gather Necessary Documents

During your application, you will be required to upload documents to support your application including proof of identity. You must have soft copies of these documents prior to the application.

Review your Application

Prior to submitting your application, review your information provided and all supporting documents. When you are satisfied with your information provided, proceed to the next step.

Submit Application

Submit your application. You will receive a notification informing you that your application has been received. Continue visiting the College website for updates on your application

Interviewing Process

When you are selected for interview, you will be notified of your selection, the date and time of the interview, as well as the venue for the interview.

Admission Letter

All candidates who pass the interview selection process will be informed. You will then login into the ORAMS and print out your admission letter.
